18" tall famille verte vase

hi...the bottom of my 18" tall famille verte vase has two concentric blue circles that are approximately two to three inches in diameter. do these have any meaning? can they be used for dating the vase? the vase was converted into a lamp with victorian type cast brass mounts. thanks for your help..........mike
