Tin inlaid (this is likely meaning fit with tin (pewter) bracings), but I cannot see any inlay.

Yixing Ceramics Teaset (product name)

Dashang Xinjiao (according to the blurred characters) - a place (location) name meaning New Bridge.
The spelling of the Chinese is wrong or not Mandarin.
