Hi again,
Please disregard my previous answer. I did not realize that this item takes the shape of what is called a tulip vase. This might have been made solely for export.
I cannot tell you much about it, though. I'm afraid that I don't have any knowledge pertaining to this type of item, and don't want to tell you something that is misleading.
It is recommended that you get an opinion from someone having actually handled this type of vase before.
