What do this Chinese mark say

Hi
I have a pair of vase's they stand about 14" tall, and decorated in four panels 2 with peacocks the other two have a black background withorange/yellow flowers. the surface is rough. Iwould like to know what the marking says as i have no idea. does anyone know and can help me.
