The mark says made in China, Jingdezhen. I don't think this type of seal markings were used in Qing dynasty at all, which would mean it is less than 100 years old. The base seem to have some signs of a age so perhaps it was made in the second half of 20th century?

The mark says "Made in Jingdezhen, China"... that is all.
