Hi Pamela,
This looks relatively new to me. Not only the tone of the red and blue colors is not right for the Qing dynasty, but also the butterflies are not characteristic for the time.

Further, I would like to draw your attention to two things, as an example. The "red" part of the wings of the butterfly looks as if it were overpainted.
And, the red "glaze" shown just to the right of the butterfly looks as if it never was fired. The glaze and the small protrusions would have melted into one smooth, glossy surface in the kiln. So, it looks as if the red color was added later.
Not an antique, I'm afraid.
