You have to learn about the decorations used during the different periods. This has clear Yuan decoration elements only used in real Yuan items and in present day fakes.
Also, from what I see, the area between the decoration bands (duck and plants) was painted by someone who had difficulties replicating Yuan decorations, while the band along the bottom give the impression of an easily flowing painting style.
Why?

( 4 ivory yellow color ) I've been sent to you,, has a connecting history,.? Yuan Dynasty Periods ?
cause they all has differences typical style of potter,. just to answer my curiosity,,..

I'm afraid I cannot agree with this being a genuine item. Obviously, this should be Yuan underglaze red, but the ducks, etc. in Yuan decorations look different. The bottom doesn't look right either.
My personal view.
