it was taken different time,.sunny day & at night with lighting,.I'm not trying to cheat you,.& it was captured by camera's phone,.

Here again, the lighter picture is from a different item. If the dark green color is the real color, then I doubt it is genuine.
The crackling does look not very natural either.
