Is it these exact three characters that represent a guyuexuan piece ? Or are there other three charactor scripts that can represent guyuexuan ?

Sal, the pictures are still too small. It is necessary to see decoration details close up, including the bottom.
Details should be as clear as this example:

I'm not sure if I can help, though.

Guyue Xuan is the mark for a type of enamelled ware, which was made for the court, in the 18th century, it seems. According to some sources its making was difficult and therefore was made only for the court. This in turn means it should have imperial quality, unless it is a later copy.
The enamels should be applied on a glass base, so it is not porcelain per se. Something I do not know much about.
