Peter is quite right about how uncommonly this color is found in this decorative format.

It looks to me like a manganese-dioxide colorant rather than colloidal-gold rose-pink enamel. This prompts a little suspicion about origin and age, since there recently have come on the market a lot of monochromes using glaze of this color, which are being sold as langyao (copper-red glaze) by either ignorant or deceptive dealers.

You do not show the underside or close-enough in-focus views to get a good idea of how this piece was made.

A recent simulation of something much older could be made in Europe or in China or in other places.

This looks all European to me. I don't much about European porcelain. I don't think it would have been made in China but am willing to be corrected. This is based on the decoration alone.

The central decoration would be possible in custom made Chinese porcelain for export, but the rim decoration looks also typical European. I have to admit that there are some Chinese made plates that are completely looking European, even the rim decoration, but they are not plenty.

Basically, this is called Yanzhihong in Chinese, which means "rouge". (The "rouge" that the ladies use.)
Items that are completely in this color decorated do exist, but I have never seen a real antique one as they are relatively rare. If typical Chinese, the value of such an item would be fairly high in the Far East, as far as I know.

Actually, encre-de-chine decorations are rare in the Far East too. Both, the encre-de-chine and rouge decorations were apparently produced mainly for export, with western decorations - with a few exceptions.
So, where was it made? You should know better than me. :-)
