REAL OR FAKE???

HELLO, GLAD I FOUND THIS BLOG! I NEED HELP WITH THIS MARK. IS IT REAL OR FAKE. I GOT THIS AT A HIGH END ESTATE SALE BUT YOU NEVER KNOW. IT IS 25 INCHES TALL. ANY INFORMATION WOULD BE GREAT OR MAYBE A VALUE.

It is real Chinese, but not antique. At the most a few decades old, perhaps less.
