With this plate too, the lighting problem persists. If you look closely at the bat on the underside, it is a different blue from the rest of the decoration shown in these pictures. Normally, I would expect this all to be the tone of the bat. This is important because the bat has the color of mineral pigments while the top decoration looks as if chemical pigments were used. The latter would make it later.

Anyway, the decoration tries to imitate some Kangxi elements and mark, but this is probably from later in the Qing dynasty.
The style of the bat makes it not earlier than the second quarter of the 19th century. Thus, it can be from then or anytime later in the Qing dynasty, in my view.
