Question about a Satsuma plate

Hello,
I have recently found this plate in a flea market in Rome: it is beautifully hand-painted and marked in the bottom with oriental letters and the inscription "LAMART HAND PAINTED SATSUMA FINE PORCELAIN". It shows also some craquele.
May I ask for your kind opinion about it?

Don't know much about Japanese style items, but the blue mark seems to say that it was made in Macao.
