Qing or not?

Hi
This appears to have a 'Qing' mark but was recently dismissed as 'modern'! is it Qing or a fake? Would appreciate your opinion.

There are no cloeup pictures, but judging by the current ones, I would think 20th century, not antique.
Is this a Kangxi mark?
If there is a red Kangxi mark with six characters it always is a modern fake.
