Qianlong red ground Prunus mini vase question

I purchased this small red ground prunus vase with a Qianlong mark. Height is approx 3 inches. Just wanted a bit of info about what you think of its age and quality. Thank you very much

I can tell you only that the Qianlong mark is spurious and for decoration only.
This item is from the 20th century, judging from the red color, but I cannot tell how old it is.
