Possible Oriental Flower Pot Query

I have a beautiful porcelain flower pot that is hand painted green with jungle plants, tigers, zebras and giraffes. It also has koi fish and plants painted on the inside. Can you help me figure out the origin of my flower pot?

The interior is a Chinese decoration, the exterior is a modern fantasy, apparently made for export. The mark says it was made in China, but this is relatively new.
