You do not show the marks, but "Made in China" was used in 20th century after 1921.

In-focus photo of vase in natural light might help estimate when in 20th or 21st century it was made.

With such a single, partial picture it is impossible to see anything clearly. I'm afraid we cannot help unless you upload clear pictures taken in good lighting, with good resolution.
