Hi Keni,

This plate does not look like traditional Chinese porcelain. The colors are not harmonious. The impressed off-center seal is not correct and I can't make out what is says - looks like a makers name. And the drawing is plain and stiff. Just my opinion.
I think it is a modern item.

Provenance is not something we can help you with. That has to do with the history of ownership which you would have better chance of finding out.

No. Just make a second submission and use a title recognizable or similar as the previous one. The two can be merged.
