Please could someone help identify.

My husbands granny gave him this a long while ago in South Africa and we know nothing about it. Its a pretty plate with lovely colours, we'd just like to know more about it. Thank you in advance, Venessa

The details of this plate are too small. The right figure looks as if the dress and hairdo was Japanese. If it is, then this is a more recent copy.
A spurious Chinese Qianlong mark and Japanese decoration could only mean that it is a recent product.
