Hi, this famille rose plate looks as if it were from the second half of the 20th century, in these pictures, and there is a spurious Guangxu mark.

The resolution of the faces is not good enough to see people's faces and features in detail, but they could be printed. With that I mean, from these pictues it looks as if the enamel could be filled in after printing. You should be able to see single brush strokes with a magnifier if they are hand painted.
