Ornate Chinese Platter

This platter/plate if about 14.5" and is very detailed with gold trim. As always, I appreciate any information that you can share.

Hi, with that size it would be a charger, I assume.
From these pictures it could be late Qing dynasty or early republic. The mark says Guangxu reign.
