Old or Not? Footed Bowl

Hello Peter, I would first like to say THANKS for looking at this. I bought this at a sale can't read mark or really I have no idea if its old or not. It does have paint loss to some of the fish inside bowl. I will put some more pictures in another posting could not put all I wanted. THANKS

This a late Qing dynasty bowl (19th century).
Tongzhi reign, mark and period.
