More pictures with details would be required. An overall view of the dragon with details visible clearly, as well as some partial closeup shots of the glaze might help.
The foot rim and shiny glaze make it impossible to be from the Song/Yuan dynasties. If you were thinking that it is Longquan, then that is close to impossible. The glaze and bottom of those celadons are different.
