I'm afraid we have difficulty reading the text. Even a native Chinese speaker had difficulties with this. That is frequently the case with handwriting done with a brush, especially with this type of characters.

Further, after seeing the whole bottom I have some doubts that it is Yixing pottery. Yixing hardly ever is of this color, and the surface consistency of the fired clay also does not look quite right. It is difficult to tell, however, if it is a mix of Yixing clay with a different clay or if it is a different type of clay altogether.

If you have had it as long as you mentioned, then it must have been fairly new when you got it.
