Robert,
Are the roofs thatched or not? And, are those structures houses or just open spaces with roofs? The images are too small, but if answer of either of the above is Yes, then it means the structures are Asian.
Basically, the new pictures confirm my impression, but I why in more detail.

The design colors used in the lower part and layout of the "window" decoration is something that looks rather Japanese. The decoration on the outside has some Chinese elements, but they are not arranged/applied the way they would with antique Chinese decorations.
On the other hand, the bottom looks old, but does not look European either. In my view that leaves only two options. It could be a recent Chinese decoration copying Japanese decorations, or it is Japanese. As the bottom looks old on these pictures, it is possible that the bowl itself is old. So either Japanese of new Chinese decoration possibly on an old or antique blank porcelain bowl. But, the probability that it is Japanese is higher.

Hi Robert,
This certainly has nothing to do with Ming.
With this decoration it would have to be late 20th century, if it were Chinese. The decoration does not relate to any Chinese antique decoration styles.

This doesn't exclude the possibility that it is Japanese, made for export.
Closeup pictures of the decoration and bottom might make it possible to clarify if it is new or old.
