Hi Stuart,

Thanks for uploading the picture, the mark was difficult to recognize.
I cannot tell you exactly what it is, but I can tell you what it is not.

It is not an antique - decoration, shape and glaze are all not Chinese. It does not have any Asian features.
Whether it was made in China, Japan, Europe or elsewhere, this is a modern product.

If it has a Chinese or Japanese mark it is still a recent product, possibly made for the export market.
