Hello,
The picture of the vase is a bit dark and not close up enough to distinguish some features, but using this picture only my conclusion would be as follows.

1. The colors aren't quite right for this type of porcelain if it were pre-20th century.
2. Although small, the face features and hairdo color/style indicate 20th century.
3. The mark on the bottom precludes any possibility of it being 200 years old. Red stamp marks were only being used later in the 19th century.

Sorry, but in this case this would be a fake or more recent item.
