Lidded Jar with Green Dragon Mark on bottom

I can't find any information on this lidded dish. It's a pale green underglaze with silver overlay. It has a green dragon mark on the bottom. Thanks so much!

This is a Japanese item with Japanese mark.
The characters seem to read Muhara Tsuyu.
