IS THIS BOWL MING?

Is this bowl from the Ming period & if so, do all blue & white Ming porcelain have this kind of a base?

In my view this 20th century. I have had a bowl of the same type and they are different from the older ones. This type has a decoration that derives from similar bowls that were made at least since the mid-Qing dynasty. The shape isn't any traditional shape, though. It was probably made by a non-mainstream kiln. I think it is vintage only.
