Again, would like to thankyou very much for your time and effort in identifying this. The pictures via the link will show faces close up as one can see many sizes of picture. Anyhow thanks again.

The pictures are a bit small. Especially the faces are important for age evaluation. From these pictures it seems to be antique, though. Around 1900, I would say. Apparently an antique Chinese famille rose teapot with Japanese style handle attached.
