Hi, from this single picture it looks as if it could be a censer, although these ussually come as tripods, not with four legs. If you post a full picture it might be possible to tell for sure what it is.

This seems to be a modern item imitating Japanese designs and color patterns.
I'm not a specialist of Japanese porcelain, but the red legs could be copying red Kutani porcelain, while what is visible from the upper part looks more like Satsuma porcelain. Traditional Chinese porcelain did not use such colors.
