Size :6" x 14.5".
Could you please tel me
approximately how old it is and the price ?

Could be Qing dynasty, but not earlier than 19th century, judging from the way the dragon is painted.
With that size it could as well be a wash basin, although these aren't that deep, usually.
I would recommend to ask for a second opinion.
