ID mark on Chinese bowl

I would like your opinion on identifying this mark, red, on an old Chinese bowl that I inherited, as well as the bowl itself. My great-aunt had this on a lamp table & I remember seeing it at her house when I was little, 1940s. Any info would be very appreciated.

This bowl seems to be Japanese. The mark says "Kutani made". Kutani is one of the better known Japanese kilns.
