Hi, I would not buy that.
Has a Kangxi mark, but the painting is not of that period quality and the lady's hairdo would be strange. The subject of the decoration is also a bit off the normal.
I'm not quite sure, but the mouth looks also a bit too narrow, and if the neck is glazed, it is sure not from the Qing dynasty.
