help with identity please.

I'm hoping someone can help me with this.
Got it at an estate sale and must say it is very unique.
The dragons eyes and tongues are movable as well as the mushroom? in front of them.
The mark is embedded into the pottery.
It is very 3 dimensional on the top. I'm assuming its a trinket or jewelry box.
