It is a bit difficult to evaluate with only one picture taken from a distance.
What would be needed is closeups, especially of the decoration, faces and bottom. Any blemishes, etc. should be visible and partial pictures are fine.

From the current (small) single picture either late Qing or 20th century are both possible.
