Hello I have a Pottery Planter I think has an Asian Mark

I hope someone can recognize this mark before I go crazy. I have it both ways...not sure whats right side up
TIA
heavy piece
9" at it longest
5" wide
5" high
it weighs 2 lbs 11 ounces

Hello,
This is not a Chinese mark. The possibility of a Japanese mark is a bit higher, but western is mostly likely.
There is no character that could help with identification of the source.
Definitely not a traditional Chinese shape.
