I bought this dog at plea market and on bottom have stamp mark of Univesity museum Philladelphia
Is it authentic Chinese foodog ?

Looks to me like a commercial imitation of a Central-American-style item, made for sale by Museum shops. I don't believe I have seen an "original" that this directly copies.

Looks more like a cat to me.
A new creation, it seems. I would disregard the label. It is easy to put a sticker or label on any item.
