Flambe Glaze vase age identification

I just wanted to know how old you thought this flambe vase is. I think it might be late 19th century. Thank you for your time and expertise.

Maybe someone else can answer. My experience with flambe items is almost nil. I am just wondering why the bottom looks yellow.
