fine porcelain mark ID ?

would anyone have an ID for this mark? It is on a fine quality porcelain bowl. Thanks.

Hello,

With a picture of the item it could be possible to tell if it is orental or not.

This is not an antique Chinese mark.
Usually, such a fancy mark would rather be found on European or modern Japanese ceramics, although it is unlikely that it is European.
