hi- just wondering if its chinese new- old? or to hard to tell- im learning there were mega porcelien -ceramics- had no idea!! but its fasinateing!! thanks!!

Seems to be modern.
The mark is not clear, but the part I can read says "... South Factory" in simplified Chinese characters.
