Chinese vase

I have a Chinese vase decorated in the Famille-rose style, which I believe is from the early 20th.Century. Please could you help me identify the four-character mark to the base.

The mark reads "Xu Shun Chang zao" (Made by Xu Shun Chang), a private mark.
