I bought it from a garage sale in the richest area in Canada:
West Vancouver BC
what do we call this type of vases?
could you please tell me the maker and/or period?
thank you
12" high x 8.5" diameter approx.

This is second half of the 20th century. Rather in the last few decades, I would think. Manufacturer not known.
