Chinese porcelain vase

I have a vase with Chinese marking on the bottom and vertical writing-along with flowers & bamboo -all around it. I have searched for some insight into when it was made etc...to no avail. The following is some information provided to me by an acquaintance of a relative who resides in Shanghai. I was told the vase was manufactured by the Jingdezhen Manufacturing of China in Jingdezhen, China. But not the time period etc...

Here's what the email said:

"In the bottom side, it’s “中国景德镇制造”, which means it’s made in “中国景德镇”.

中国景德镇 is a famous place where the best china are made. This should be a very nice vase.
In the out side, there are four drawings with poems from the ancients with the author name, date and seal.
The poems are as below:

晓风含露不曾干，

谁插晶瓶一箭兰；

好似杨妃新浴后，

Name: 《菊》 A poem praises chrysanthemum.

Name: 《吴王美人半醉》 A poem praises of one of the four most famous and beautiful girl. Her name is Xishi.

Dynasty: Tang(唐)
Author: 李白

风动荷花水殿香，

姑苏台上宴吴王。

西施醉舞娇无力，

笑倚东窗白玉床

Can someone tell me when this vase was made & by whom? If it has any value, I would like to have it insured.
