I have a plate that I got from my mother in law in South Africa, we dont know anything about it and was wondering if you could advise us on where it came from and if it is worth anything. Unfortunately it was broken in half while in transit from South Africa. It has been mended but not very well.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
