chinese plate

can you please tell me if i am correct that the plate i have is apochryphal qing dynasty with the mark qianlong reign,if so is it antique thanks.

Hello,
Yes, the mark is apocryphal, as you mention.
The shape is Chinese, but the decoration colors and especially the style of the flowers looks western. Not like on export porcelain, but like actual western or European decorations.
This means it cannot be antique.
