Sorry, I can help only with antique Chinese items, although I would be able to read the mark if it is Chinese or Japanese, I am mostly unable to help with vintage or recent items.

I would suggest that you post to the Asian Art Forum at asianart.com .
There you will find people who may know about more recent Asian art also. This might be a more suitable venue for your item.

Sorry, the resolution of the bottom image is insufficient to read any enlarged characters.
Although the decoration has also a somewhat insufficient resolution, judging from the colors and decoration style shown it probably is not antique. It could be either more recent or it is not Chinese.
