Chinese or Japanese saucer

Yet another piece that is a mystery to me. This saucer is 4 7/8 in. Kinda weird the rat on a swing. I hope the pics are good enough. I would like to know if Chinese or Japanese, age, kiln or style. Thanks for any and all information.

This is Japanese in my view. Cannot tell you the age, but my guess is that it is either Meiji or Taisho era. Maybe someone with more knowledge in Japanese porcelain can confirm this?
