Chinese or Japanese plate?

We have this plate and are curious to know anything about it. It is a deeper blue than the photo and quite beautiful. It is 25 cm's across and slightly deep rather than flat. It is very difficult to get a clear photo of the symbols on the back. anything you can tell us would be appreciated. Thanks
