Hello,
The color combination of the decoration, although not impossible, isn't likely in traditional Chinese decorations of the time. The mark is a Jiaqing reign mark of the Qing dynasty. The green interior was also popular in the 19th century
However, the foot rim looks like an early 18th century foot rim.

These points don't add up to the overall picture as they should. Therefore, it is possible that the decoration, interior and mark were added later, possibly on top of the glaze of a plain (white item) old porcelain body.

If possible, have someone with experience do a hands-on inspection.
